We will have 7-10 local fishermen selling spiny lobster on the pier from 8-1 or until sold out, Craft Meals from Chef Phil Esteban will be selling lobster meals on the dock during the event. You may recognize this prolific and passionate culinary entrepreneur from “Chopped” on the Food Network. He heads projects such as Fish to Families, Weapon Ramen, White Rice, and Craft Meals Catering. In July 2020, Chef Phil competed on and subsequently won the Chopped episode, “Jarring Jars.” Chef Phil utilizes fish in his kitchens, learning how to mix flavors and different cuts from the fish
